Day 9: Plyometrics
This post was intended for two days ago, on Friday, but you know what? I got distracted with other stuff, so oh well haha.
I need to make a point to get on Tumblr more again. I’ve been lagging behind a little bit.
Anyways, my Plyo workout was GREAT. It was intense as always and was difficult, but it was definitely easier than my Plyo workout last week. Last week was tough. I had a little more stamina to make it through everything this week. I took a couple of short breaks here and there, but I pushed myself harder and pushed myself especially through the more difficult moves, like the jump tucks. I still modify a few things though. I’ve been noticing that I get a little sore in my ankles, so I don’t want to push myself too hard with higher impact stuff on sore ankles.
Otherwise, I’m making good progress.I can already tell that my stomach has tightened up a little bit. It’s not so saggy in the front. I can tell that I’ve already built up a little more muscle in my arms. My legs are stronger and I have more energy. I haven’t seen much of an effect on my lovehandle area, but I’m sure that will come with time. I’ve seen a little bit, but give me another month and that’ll probably be better!
