P90X: Days 5-8?
I forget which was my last post, so I’ll just go with the last few days.
Day 5 was a tough workout. Legs and Back always gets me. Followed up by Kenpo, which is my favorite workout. But yesterday, I tell you, on my Day 7 rest day I was tight all day in my glutes and hamstrings. Felt like I was walking stiff all day.
Today I started week 2 with Chest/Back and Ab Ripper. I did more pushups I think than last time. I did a far better job of pacing myself in the 1st round and pushing myself in the 2nd round. Most of my 2nd round totals were higher than my 2nd round totals last week. Which is a good thing. I’m super sore and I did a good workout!
Ab ripper was a little easier today, but still kicked my butt. I am drenched in sweat. Just goes to show how good of a workout I put in to be covered in sweat. It’s kind of gross, but I know I put in a good days work.

Pullups Total: 90
Other Total: 94
Total Reps today: 297
That’s 25 more reps than last week! Getting better!
