Well, I’ve done Plyo several different times, but this one was one of the toughest. I almost needed that little bucket that Tony said I should grab.
Modified some of the movies, worked harder on some than others. I think after week 2, I’ll really be back into the groove of things and it’ll be much easier. It sure is tough to take a 2+ month break from basically all exercise and jump back into P90X.
But today was good!
I was planning on trying to do more of my workouts in the morning, but so far that hasn’t happened. Sunday night I was up until about 2 AM, so I couldn’t really bring myself to wake up early. And then last night I was out until 3 AM, with class starting at 10. I really couldn’t bring myself to it. Tomorrow, I will NOT wake up early for a fact. Class at 8? I’d have to be up at 5:30 to workout and get ready for school. Yeah… that’s not going to happen.
I’m very rickety right now, and I sit here typing with my protein drink by my side. I earned a good nights sleep tonight. Tomorrow’s going to be the toughest day though. I’m still sore from yesterday, and I know I’ll be sore tomorrow. Gonna be a rough one, but I’m getting back on track, which is good!
